Mirko Mollik

Head of Business
Mirko Mollik is Founder, Managing Director and Head of Nerds at TrustCerts. He is mainly responsible for block chain development as well as front- and backend development. Before starting TrustCerts, he gained a lot of experience as system engineer and in projects as developer in the areas of blockchain, cryptography and software development. Mirko is currently doing his master with a focus on internet security at the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen and has a bachelor degree in computer science.

Florian Rüffin

Head of Business
Florian Mathies Rüffin is Head of Business at TrustCerts. He is responsible for strategy, business development, sales and finance. Before joining TrustCerts, Florian worked as a management consultant with a focus on strategy development and implementation as well as project management. In his work as a Community Manager he gained a lot of experience in the start-up scene of the Ruhr area. Florian is currently completing his Master's degree in Management at the University of Münster and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Robert Willerscheid

Marketing & Communication
Robert Willerscheid takes care of marketing and communication at TrustCerts. Before he joined TrustCerts, he worked as a media and graphic designer for various companies, where he gained experience in marketing. He also supports non-profit institutions in their public relations work and advises on communication issues. Robert is currently doing his Bachelor in Journalism and PR at the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen and has already completed a completed vocational training as media designer for digital and print media.

Franzi Musberg

Development (Backend)
Franziska Musberg is a programmer at TrustCerts and responsible for the backend, her current focus is on consensus. Before she joined TrustCerts, she was a research assistant at the Westfälische Hochschule, where she was responsible for the development and maintenance of an online learning platform. As a working student she sharpened her knowledge as a backend developer in various projects. Franziska has a degree in practical computer science and is about to graduate with a master's degree in the same field at the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen.

Johnny Hoang

Development (Frontend)
Johnny Hoang is a frontend developer at TrustCerts. He is responsible for our QR Code solution and works especially on the dashboard and the topics data protection and IT security. Before he started at TrustCerts, he worked in IT projects on artificial intelligence and IoT and was a research assistant at the Institute for Internet Security in Gelsenkirchen. Johnny is currently completing his Master in Internet Security at the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen and holds a Bachelor's degree in practical computer science.

Thomas Sowa

Design & Development
Thomas Sowa is our designer at TrustCerts. He is in charge of the design and development of the company website. Before joining TrustCerts, he worked in the Virtual Reality Lab at the Westfälische Hochschule and worked on practical applications. Thomas is studying media informatics in the bachelor's degree program at the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen and has a completed vocational training as media designer Digital & Print with a focus on nonprint.

David Leschinsky

Development (Backend)
David Leschinsky is one of the backend developers at TrustCerts. His focus is on the areas of security and monitoring. Prior to joining TrustCerts, David worked on university IT projects, including building an analysis environment for Linux IoT malware. With a degree in practical computer science from the Westfälische Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen, where he is about to graduate with a bachelor's degree, David is well prepared for the tasks at TrustCerts.

Kwaku Boateng

Business Development
Kwaku Boateng is part of our sales team and responsible for business development with a strategic focus. Before joining us, Kwaku worked in first level support for a large IT service provider and also gained experience in consulting and sales. Larissa Stricker strengthens our business team, where she is responsible for accounting and builds up the controlling strategically. Internships with tax consultants and a job as a mentor round off her experience.
